We were so well taken care of during every step of getting our new hurricane door. From design choice, to scheduling, to permitting, they handled it all so professionally. Triton recently replaced all of the original jalousie windows and doors on my 1959 house. Windows and doors look great! House looks 30 years newer even before a new paint job. And, safer for hurricane season. Very professional and easy to work with starting with the estimators Alex and Patricia, Nicole taking care of permitting and, Beatriz keeping me informed throughout the installation process. Triton's timeline was realistic. What a pleasure. The job was all completed from ordering to installation to inspection within expected timeframe including the Coral Gables permitting process. Beatriz called each day during installation to inform me when the crew was on their way and, also each afternoon to ask if there were any questions or concerns. Ramon's installation crew was on time each day, professional, did a great install job, friendly and kept a clean worksite. Highly recommended, would definitely use them again.

Triton has placed 50 windows / doors at our house on San Pedro in Gables by the Sea in May 2025 and the overall experience has been very good. These people are significantly more professional than most contractors active in South Florida. The consultation in the showroom, the installation and the after care were as good as it gets. Professional installers. A dedicated quality manager on site during install. A thorough review of the finished product by the manager who convinced us to use his product in the showroom. And no issues to correct any final issues arising from continued construction activities at the property. Look no further - this is probably your best bet in finding the right window and door contractor.

We recently replaced our ancient windows with new ones from Triton - the Triton people were on top of things from beginning to end and we were very happy with our new windows and the process: - at the initial meeting with Triton we dealt with Patricia who explained every step in detail - the permitting process, how long it would take, the actual window order and how the windows would work and approximately when they would arrive as well as the cost, and she went over the contract with us - the actual cost ended up being what we were told at the beginning - there were no ‘surprises’ or ‘add-ons” as so often happens here in Miami - the guys that did the installation were professional and did a great job - Ramon the head guy knows what he is doing and is an excellent supervisor - he worked alongside his guys and made sure it all came out great - Beatriz set up the inspections and she explained what would happen step by step and there were no delays or rescheduling - Triton did what they said they were going to do; they finished when they said they would finish; the inspections were ordered and coordinated and did not have to be rescheduled and the inspectors arrived when expected
