Terms and Conditions

Projects will be issued to “Approved Contractors” only. It is the responsibility of the subcontractor to review all details of this project prior to entering into an agreement with Triton Window Distributors, Inc., included but not limited to, standard procedures, payment terms, insurance requirements, job site setup, completion dates, working schedule, company representation, no soliciting policy, service warranties and all terms and conditions as set forth in the subcontractor agreement. Installation materials (tapcons, shims, bucks, and caulking) will be provided on each project as detailed in the subcontractor agreement. - Be VERY CAREFUL with house and NO DAMAGES to ANYTHING or TILES! - MUST use A LOT of sealant on second floor storefronts and sliding doors! - DO NOT throw away railings. Remove for installation and reinstall. - Bucks MUST be changed on ALL openings.
